Hermes Google Workspace - Annop63
Last updated: October 24, 2026
This is a personal AI productivity integration operated by Annop63. It is not an official government service.
With authorization, the application may access Gmail messages and metadata, Google Calendar events, Drive files, Google Docs, Sheets and read-only Google Contacts information.
Information is used for account-owner-requested searches, summaries, reports, document workflows and calendar management. Granted permissions also permit sending or modifying Gmail messages and creating or modifying Workspace content when requested.
Google OAuth credentials are stored on an operator-controlled VPS. Access to the token file is restricted using operating-system file permissions. HTTPS protects the public website. These controls do not constitute a guarantee against every security risk.
When AI-assisted processing is requested, relevant task content may be processed by configured external AI model providers. The provider and processing arrangements depend on the active system configuration. The operator must verify provider identities, retention and transfer practices before relying on this policy for Google production verification.
Google credentials, application logs and generated outputs may have different retention periods. The operator must verify retention and deletion arrangements. Access can be revoked through Google Account settings; revocation alone does not necessarily delete previously stored data.
Google account permissions can be reviewed or revoked at https://myaccount.google.com/connections. Access is intended for the authorized account owner.
This policy will be updated when data practices, permissions or processing providers change. This document remains subject to verification against the deployed system before production submission.
For privacy-related questions, contact the application operator through the support email listed on the Google OAuth consent screen.
Hermes Google Workspace is a privately operated AI productivity integration managed by Annop63. The system owner is the sole administrator and final internal approval authority for Google Workspace access, AI provider configuration, and authorized data processing.
The system owner approves this policy for use as an application privacy disclosure and for submission to Google OAuth review, subject to accurate disclosure of actual data practices and applicable Google requirements. Internal approval does not constitute Google verification.
